Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Youth Football

Equipment Pickup will be at the football storage shed located at the DeForest Athletic Complex on River Rd. Season refunds. After the scheduled equipment handout date, July 14th "tentative", we can no longer offer a refund if your player doesn't want to or can't play for any reason. We are sorry about this but we had to ensure that we had enough equipment for each player and we already committed to other season fees that are associated with the number of players we have registered. 100% refund: prior to the first scheduled equipment hand out date. No refund will be issued after the first scheduled equipment hand out date regardless if your play came and picked up their equipment.
