Our DeForest Norski football program is committed to developing student-athletes that are positive, hard-working, courageous, accountable, disciplined, and respectful student-athletes in the classroom, in our schools, in our community, and on the field. We are extremely excited that you want to be a part of our program and we look forward to helping each other grow. Everyone in our program is valuable to our success, not only on the field, but in life.

Summer Strength, Speed & Agility: We have an excellent opportunity for your DeForest student to participate in a year round male and female Athlete performance program for all student athletes. The focus of this program is to help student athletes get stronger, increase athletic ability, prevent injuries, improve confidence, and mental health. The program is taught by experienced, knowledgeable, and energetic staff consisting of DeForest Coaches and our Physical Education Staff.

This is for the incoming 2026 School Year, 7th grade through 12th grade. 9th-12th grade students will train at DeForest High School and 7th & 8th students will train at the DeForest Middle School.
